My mission

Elevating the Accordion

João Pedro is passionate about honoring traditional Brazilian genres. He seeks to expand the expressive possibilities of the accordion, both technically and emotionally, demonstrating its versatility in solo, chamber, and symphonic contexts. His goal is to bring the accordion to concert stages around the world—not just as a folk instrument, but as a powerful voice in classical and contemporary music.

Poetry in Sound

Above all, João Pedro sees music as a poetic tool of expression, connection, and storytelling. Whether through a sweeping symphony or a tranquil solo, he strives to evoke memory, emotion, and identity in every note. A community where everyone can express themselves and connect with others through music.
